This I believe.
I know it's already too late to save everything our planet had to offer . However I would like to save as much as I can so my children and grandchildren can witness and experience what I got to as a child. I know multiple species have become extinct as well as plant life, and there's no going back when it comes to global warming. But every little bit helps, if we all just do one thing to do our part, future generations will get to experience what the earth still has to offer.
I hope and pray that the next generations can and will continue to learn from our mistakes. To find alternatives when it comes to fossil fuel and power usage. I hope they, as a more intelligent and enlightened generations, will make what we've begun in my and earlier generations even better and more efficient.
I wish for them to continue to reduce, reuse, and recycle. I hope they see the need for these things and the need to preserve the innocent and helpless animals and foliage that can and will go extinct because of human carelessness.I hope younger generations will care more about our planet and less about money and possessions.
I try to teach my children every day to do our part. We recycle, and reuse a lot. We use less water and energy. My two four year old children have taught me it's easy to learn and teach. They do not bicker or talk back when I teach them these things, and they are even figuring out on their own without my guidance how to do these things.
If you don't believe in conservation think of your children and what you are leaving to them. Or what you are leaving to them to clean up. They may not have the same experiences as you, possibly because of global warming or the damages we are causing this very minute. Everything we do leaves an imprint on our world as well as our children, thus I believe in teaching them now, and even I learn with them. As they grow, I grow too.
