Digital Citizenship- USE- I use the internet to get information about anything I am curious about. I use Google and IMDB a lot. I also like to shop and compare items. I look at a lot of reviews. I take pictures and videos and send texts and email. I use technology for Class and projects. MASTER- I feel like I'm pretty good at using technology. I'm very self sufficient, and can usually fix my own problems. I'm good at finding docs or apps and navigating a phone or computer. I feel comfortable helping others if they are unsure how to do something. LIMIT- I am frequently up and on the move. I do things intentionally to go upstairs or walk across a parking lot. I try to get up every 30-60 minutes and get my steps In ;) I live a very active life and do it purposefully. **I think that because I like to lean so much, it helps in all three of these topics. I can spend hours researching and looking at and for stuff.

Fitness in my life

For me fitness is so refreshing. After a heart pounding workout I always feel so good. Feeling the sweat running down my neck makes me feel accomplished. I enjoy the feeling of the burn during my morning workout routine. I wake up in the morning groggy and put on my work out clothes/ shoes, take a quick sip of coffee yawn a few times and go out to the garage where my fitness equipment awaits me. I "run" on the elliptical for about 20-30 minutes (depending on my mood) every day; while watching a variety of different shows I MUST get caught up on. As I wake up and my blood gets pumping faster and faster I feel as though I could do this for hours, then I remember I don't have as much time as id like to ahve. I have to start getting ready for work and the day ahead. Once I've finished running I stretch for a few minutes and drink some water. 1) Camping can be a fun way to spend time with your loved ones outdoor. Camping usually includes tents, sleeping bags and camp fires. It can also include fishing, hiking and swimming. Another popular activity is making smores. Everyone camps differently, but camping is a fun way to get outdoors. 2) Books are a great escape from reality.
