Baking is one of my favorite pastimes.
I love to bake most anything, But cupcakes are my absolute favorite. There's nothing like the satisfaction of that first bite into a freshly completed fluffy chocolate cup cake with peanut butter frosting.
Below is a picture of a blue velvet cupcake with green cream cheese frosting I made for my oldest daughters baby shower. I had to represent my favorite football team the Seattle Seahawks because she was having a boy. Making those cupcakes was so much fun.
I have mastered a homemade cream cheese frosting that's not too rich or sweet it's just right for any style of cupcake to be honest. But as I mentioned above my favorite frosting to go with a chocolate cupcake Is a peanut butter frosting that is light and butery. It melts in your mouth.
I have made many cakes and cupcakes as well as mini cheesecakes and breads. I find a recipe and I try it out. Sometimes it doesn't work and sometimes it becomes a requested recipe among friends and family. I just really enjoy baking
I made some root beer float cupcakes a while back those are tricky, yet amazing as well.
I mainly bake sweets, but I always enjoy trying a new recipe no matter what it I bake breads as well and have attached a photo of a loaf of pumpkin Cream cheese bread I made last fall.

WOW - I LOVE cream cheese frosting; those Seahawks cupcakes are so fun! This kind of post is really great because it tells so much more about who you are....NOTE: comma use is sometimes off. (should be oldest daughter's) Check noredink section on that!
